RETURN POLICY
We guarantee our gift cards can be used to purchase golf, merchandise or items at the snack bar at any facilities operated by Ratcliffe Golf Services, Inc. If a customer wants to return a gift card, Ratcliffe Golf Services will refund any balance left on the card to the credit card used in the original purchase upon receipt of the card. Please contact Customer Service at (704) 399-0980 or email us at vratcliffe@bellsouth.net and we will work with you on how to return your gift card. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Ratcliffe Golf Services, Inc. multi-course memberships are non-refundable.
