(A Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation Facility managed by Ratcliffe Golf Services, Inc.)
Nicknamed the "Nine Hole Country Club" by many, Revolution Park Golf Course is an intrinsic
part of Charlotte golf history. Originally built by the Army Corps of Engineers in 1923, this
course has been host to many of golf legends, including local talent and nationally recognized
tour players. It is the closest public golf course to Charlotte's Central Business District, and it's
central location makes it easy to reach in minutes from just about anywhere! If you want a
convenient, low-cost 9 hole round of golf, you simply cannot go wrong with Revolution Park.
The course is the future home of the First Tee of Charlotte, and is scheduled for a complete
makeover in the fall of 2008.
